This dance is designed to connect you to your curves, your sensuality,
and your body’s natural yes to feeling good in your body.

Inside this practice…

You begin by releasing tension held in your body and nervous system,

As you move, you start to feel more at home in—and in celebration of—your curves,
expanding your capacity to relax and feel good and authentically sexy .

While being held in a space of women walking a similar path with you,
you’re given permission to be expressed—without performance.

Entering S Flow

S Flow is a private movement space reserved for women inside:

– The S Journey
– The Magnetic Woman (1:1)

You’ll be invited to a 15 minute connection chat prior to attending,
so we can ensure this space is the right fit for you.

classes are $15.00 USD

Reserve your spot by 2 hours prior to practice time.

You’ll receive the weekly Zoom link and curated playlist 1 hour before we begin — so you can settle in and prepare your space.

For your first S Flow, you’re warmly invited to log in 10 minutes early.

We’ll take a few minutes to connect, answer questions, and make sure you feel grounded before we begin moving.

If something unexpected comes up after you register, your payment may be transferred to another class within 30 days of your purchase Just reach out — we’ll take care of it.
