Before I was a coach, a wife, or a mother, I was a woman with a dating history that left me frustrated and confused, the love I always wanted felt just out of reach.

I remember the emotional rollercoasters and the deep burnout of modern dating all too well. I was determined to crack the code of love, to finally make it work the next connection . I devoured countless books and podcasts on love, implemented every piece of advice from coaches “how to keep a man interested,” “how to text him so he knows your worth.” I worked relentlessly on my mindset with affirmations, manifestation practices, the law of attraction, and healing crystals. I poured everything I had into dating to attract better men better dates …the love I dreamed of taking the next logical steps and putting in relentless effort to make relationships happen, just so I could have that dream love.

Until one day I noticed a pattern. I kept attracting two types of men on opposite ends of the spectrum: the bad boy with sizzling chemistry the relationship oddly never lasted or the safe choice who looked great on paper but lacked the passion and deep connection I craved.

Again and again, I hit the same invisible wall. Ghosted. Stuck in situationships. Torn between chemistry and security. And ultimately left exhausted, unloved, and betrayed by men.

I faced a choice: keep blaming men for why I didn’t have success with dating and give up on the relationship I truly wanted… or I could finally and truly meet the woman in the mirror.

That’s when everything changed. I discovered how to harness the fullness of my femininity. I stopped trying to force love and began to embody it. This shift wasn’t something I could simply think my way through, it required dropping into my body, feeling my way into its depths, and unlocking myself from the inside out. I had always believed I was connected to my body, but I realized I had only been skimming the surface, stuck in sheer logic.
