I spent years on stages and festivals, touring as a dancer, moving my body every single day.
From the outside, it looked like I was deeply connected to myself. The truth? I didn't always feel at home in my body.
I knew how to perform sexy. I knew how to execute. I knew how to make my body do what was expected of it for the crowd. But somewhere along the way, I became more focused on how my body looked than how it felt to dance.
For years I lived in achievement, discipline, performance. Movement had always been part of my life but parts of myself stayed just out of reach. A deeper confidence. A more robust, sensual fullness I could sense but never quite enter.
Then I found S Factor.
For the first time, movement wasn't about getting it right. It wasn't about clean lines, or an audience, or being watched by a man. It was about listening. Feeling. Following what my body actually wanted to express. It was about redefining pleasure.
What I found surprised me.
Beneath the roles, beneath everything expected of me as a woman in this world, there was a truth: fierce, sensual, darkly decadent, emotionally rich an erotic, powerful force came alive within me. A woman who had been there all along, waiting for me to come back to her. I'd felt glimpses of her throughout my years of dance, but I could never fully access her, or hear her. Until now.
Now she has the mic. She makes the decisions. Pleasure isn't something I chase anymore it's something I inhabit. It fuels me: the chemistry in my relationships, the undying turn-on for my own life, independent of anyone else.
That experience changed how I understood my body, how I experience pleasure, how I authentically express my emotions not as things to earn, but as things to remember.
I trained as a student and became an certified advanced S Factor instructor in 2022, because I wanted other women to feel that same homecoming: the moment you stop performing your life and start feeling yourself, fully, again.

Nope! comes as you are, no background dance needed. just normal range of motion, you will find this movement will not only offer delicious stretch but a work out as well.

You’ll need a private space, yoga mat, external speaker and comfortable flowly clothes to move in.
Pole dance will not the taught in this cohort, however if you have a pole you are welcome to play with through the journey.

Yes, you are welcome here! In order to keep a safe, healthy and fun space for all women, I ask each student who has known trauma to proceed gently and to consider working simultaneously with a therapist. Unknown trauma can arise when working with the body, and we ask that should this happen you seek outside help and support. Xtinario and S Factor does not provide psychological or mental health services.
This is a movement practice centered on feminine embodiment with trauma informed teaching.
